Our service to you starts at the very beginning:

we take the time to find out everything you need to make your conference a success.

we do the leg work! We will liaise with venues on your behalf to request proposals for your event.

Within 48 hours we will have a quote comparison to you outlining all costs and inclusions. We can even help you with recommendations.

Want to see the venues in person? Elle Events will host site inspections to each nominated venue.

Once a decision is made we will confirm your space and arrange for contracts to be issued and introduce you to your venue event manager.

HOW MUCH DOES ALL THIS COST?
Nothing, Nil, Zero, Free
That’s right, when you confirm your conference (including accommodation), the cost to our client is absolutely nothing. This is because we gain a commission from the venues we book on your behalf. Our service operates very much like a mortgage broker. We are able to offer you a wide range of venues and we do not have alliances with any hotel chain or venues. We are completely impartial and independent.
